Zoe to Zoe communicator

This mod is mainly aimed to other mod developers to allow messaging between modded clients (in a totally legit way) without requiring the server owner to also be modded.
This is to mainly be used for mods that wont cause major desync issues between clients.
If your mod does cause desync issues its likely better to require all clients to be modded including the server and at that point you can use [ServerRpc]'s and NetworkManager.CustomMessagingManager
