[REUPLOAD] Heavy Rain Particles

Reupload of Ilshat52's addons which were deleted.
I thankfully managed to get a hold of them which will be reuploaded from time to time. Original addons were made by Ilshat52 himself.

This gives the particles a much heavier rain. That's pretty much it.
As this is a script, this will most likely work on singleplayer or on local servers.
