BLR - Micro Red Dot Sight

Opis
Adds a fully functional red dot sight to the BLR rifle.

Known issues:
The dot is visible during the round cycling animation when ironsighted.

It should work just fine with texture replacements.

If i have a texture for that gun, and i get this, will they conflict? Or will it add the scope on top of the skin.
