Lady Kibori Tachibana (橘木彫り 'Tachibana Kibori') was a 17-year old Gamalatican student of Tomoeda Academy from planet Mikoyon (known as Rinne or Tomoya in older TGP continuity) who rarely talk and behave cold with Tomoyatalian accent. She once was Nana's childhood friend and very friendly prior before the ABM force launch the Ryoo School Massacre back while she was 9-year old. Believe that Nana died in the school attack along with her parent being parish at car accident. Her parent move away from Goldia to her home planet of Mikoyon and behave cold and rarely talk since.

As Grand Kunstlerina Academy invite several academy (including Tomoeda Academy) for their school festival. She is among the student of Tomoeda Academy where visit the festival and later reunion with Nana who still alive for all this year. As ABM force launch its full assault on GA capital, Goldia (as well as major planet like Mikoyon and Kukan-Ori-Ori). Kibori became member of Nana's Academy Defense Force as sniper position due to her cold and cool eye which prove her essential to the group.
