In this guide, I’ll explain how to play Ampers@t and unlock all the achievements.
There are story-related achievements as well as some that you could technically miss — but don’t worry: you can continue playing your save even after finishing the game, and unlock any missed achievements at any time.

The achievements here are simply listed in order, not sorted by type.
You can easily jump to any achievement by using the table of contents on the side.

This is my first guide, so please bear with me if it’s not perfect yet.

Ampers@t is a classic roguelite.
You start out in a small village (the hub) and have 5 possible directions to go:

• Fire (right)
  
• Ice (left)
  
• Chaos (lower right)
  
• Light (lower left)
  
• Kinetic (up)

In the village, you’ll find three buildings: the Inn, the Armor Shop and the Weapon Shop.
There are also two statues, a well, and some NPCs.

When you approach a path leading out of the village, the screen pans to a tower. Each tower has 5 upper and 5 lower levels. You always start from the bottom.

Note:
If you die, you lose about 1/5 of your accumulated experience and 40-60 % gold. Gold deposited in the Inn and XP already converted into skill points are not affected.

At the beginning, many bits of information are not readable yet (story-related) — that’s intentional.

Inn:

• Restores your HP when entered.
  
• Acts as a bank: you can deposit gold here.
  
• Also used for leveling up: the spider-web-like skill tree is leveled from the inside out. You can only unlock adjacent skills.
  When you enter, any full XP bars are automatically converted into skill points.

Weapon Shop:

• Offers three weapons you can buy with gold.
  
• The higher the level, the stronger the available weapons (max 5).
  
• You can spend gold to refresh the weapon selection.

Armor Shop:

• Works the same as the Weapon Shop, but for armor.

Well:

• Unlocks the endless dungeon.
  
• The higher the well level, the deeper you can start.

Statues:

• Provide buffs for the final boss.

Press ESC in the village and browse through all four pages under “Settings & Help”.

Capture a Bonus Word
Almost every level has a “Bonus Word” in the top right. Hit the letters with melee attacks. Letters turn white once counted. Once you’ve completed the word, a chest appears.

Note: If you die before opening the chest, the word still counts as completed, but the chest is gone.

Gain a Rank
When your purple XP bar is full, go to the Inn and spend a point on the innermost ring.

Consult the Bestiary
Press ESC in the village and open the “Bestiary” tab.

Find a Secret Chest
Each dungeon has a hidden chest on its lower 4 floors. There are 20 in total.

Open the Well
Invest a level into the well.

────────────────────────────

Defeat a Dungeon
Complete the lower 5 floors of a tower.

Sniff out 6 Secret Chests
Find 6 of the total 20 hidden chests.

Gain 1st Ring Bonus Perk
Unlock the innermost ring in the skill tree.

Fully Upgrade Inn
Upgrade the Inn to level 5.

Fully Upgrade Weapon Shop
Upgrade the Weapon Shop to level 5.

Fully Upgrade Armor Shop
Upgrade the Armor Shop to level 5.

Defeat a Tower
Complete the upper 5 floors of a tower.

Fully Upgrade Skadi’s Statue
Upgrade the upper statue to level 5.

Fully Upgrade Freya‘s Statue
Upgrade the lower statue to level 5.

Defeat all Dungeons
Complete the lower 5 floors of all 5 towers.

Fully Upgrade Well
Upgrade the well to level 5.

Gain 2nd Ring Bonus Perk
Unlock the middle ring in the skill tree.

Make the Gem Merchant appear
Upgrade all buildings to level 5 to make the Gem Merchant appear.

Gain 3rd Ring Bonus Perk
Unlock the outer ring in the skill tree.

Open the Portal to Lord Z
Complete all 5 towers.

Return all Lost Items
NPCs will look for items that randomly appear in the well. You should have found everything after about 60 levels.

Gain all Perks
Unlock all skills in the skill tree.

Tip: Farm in the pyramid on floor 4. Open all plants and then farm "X" in a single run.

Fill the Bestiary
Encounter all letters (including the final boss "Z") and then open the Bestiary.

Capture all Bonus Words
Complete all 40 bonus words. If one is missing, check each tower for any without a green check mark.

Beat the Well’s 100th level
Best to fully upgrade the well, start at level 60, then only 40 more levels to reach 100.
