No, I don't think your reply was rude, it was a resonable response to my statement. I did try to use the UCR for the head and no dice. I guess that's hard coded. But yeah, I gave her Kiera's voice (KOTOR2) and its fine. She just landed in SF and identifies as a male Turian now!
Also, this was a commission, and the one who commissioned it agreed with me that it was unnecessary to remake the whole mod, for something so small, since you can just make a male unit and use the outfit anyway, and that won't have any effect on the game.
I don't think there's a voicepack for her, but even if there is, you can use UCR to show female voices for male soldiers, so that will also work.
This is why I haven't "fixed" this. If it was as simple as just changing some config files, I would've fixed it before uploading the mod. It unfortunatelly isn't, so it's easier to just work around it.
Like I said, I didn't know she was a female before making it, and only when she was already done and ready to upload I learned she was, hence why the description uses female nouns, even if the mod is using the male slots.
You know what, scratch that, I do apologize. I just realize I am using a dozen of your mods, and one of them I actually gave you an award for your Hailey skin mod a few days ago because the parts are so universal with other skins.
You've done good work and should be commended for it, not ostracized over one miscalculation. keep up the good work Xirumy.
This wouldn't be an issue except that faces are tied to the characters gender setting and you can't check/uncheck the box for males and females in the UI.
Would you correct the gender setting or at least make her head a prop/mask/helmet mask so her head is open?
