(7-10-25 edit) This has been "patched out" to include ease of use name coloring functionality in a future update instead. It still functions in a lobby, however if you are hosting it will not work - it will display the entire hex code with no color.


Tiny Aquarium features rich-text formatting capabilities that allow players to personalize their display names with custom colors. By adding a hex color code prefix to your Steam username, you can create a unique visual identity that stands out both above your boat and in chat conversations.

How to Apply Color Formatting:Add the desired hex color code (including brackets) directly before your Steam username. For example:

<#ff0000>Rob will display "Rob" in vibrant red both as your in-game nameplate and chat text.


Implementation Steps:

• Select your preferred color code from the list below
  
• Copy the complete code including the brackets
  
• Paste it before your current Steam username
  
• Restart Tiny Aquarium if currently running to apply changes
