I've drawn on rows (red) and columns (orange) on the diagram to help us out. From this start, we want to:

• Rotate row 1 left once
  
• Rotate column 1 up once
  
• Rotate row 3 left once
  
• Rotate column 3 down once
  
• Rotate row 3 left once
  
• Rotate column 3 down once
  
• Rotate row 2 right once

This should give you the solution super quick and save you a bunch of headaches!
