Edit "Sango7.ini" file

Change config:
- m_bFullScreen = 1 => m_bFullScreen = 0
- m_bBGActive = 0 => m_bBGActive = 1ss

Change compatibility of "Sango7.exe" and "LaunchSango.exe"
