A highly diverse, detailed zoo for our earth’s history.

Welcome to Melmoor Paleontological Reserve! This is a park set in the English countryside, on which I’ve been working for quite some time. My goal was to make something that invites exploration, where you want to turn each new corner to see what lies behind it. I’m happy with the result, even though it’s nowhere near what the Planet Zoo community churns out on a weekly basis :D

All prefabs are my own, but I’d like to thank Luci257 and Teutonicus for inspiration.

Update 1: Removed grass sticking through paths, among some other fixes.
Update 2: Yet more grass fixes + I added a couple missing doors

Update 3:
Big changes! Park brought in line with the modern game (as of update 10), with tons of fixes, minor changes, as well as a few more thoroughly overhauled exhibits and an all-new botanical section. I also added in entrance modules now that parks can be closed. Letting in guests is as easy as pressing a button now.

Update 4:
Modernised as of the game’s Update 13. I overhauled a few more exhibits, fixed some custom foliage, incorporated a few textures of the rustic theme and swapped out Acrocanthosaurus for Ankylosaurus. It's been nice to keep one park of mine sort of up-to-date as the game experiences these big changes, but I think this will be the last major update.

Update 5:
I lied. Added ways of entry for every exhibit (except the Argentina one). Usually this is via a free-standing staff gate or via a building. Most buildings have received interiors for that purpose. Also added some babies now that ontogeny exists.
