Redeemable codes such as pre-registration rewards and other codes found on Aura Kingdom's social media can be redeemed through the in-game store. Once in a while, there are also surveys available to share our feedback in exchange for in-game rewards. Both of these features can be accessed through the following steps:

1. First, login in the game and press the shopping cart 🛒 in the menu to open the store



2. Press the [ᴇɴᴛᴇʀ ᴄᴏᴅᴇ] button



3. In the popup window, select [ʀᴇᴅᴇᴇᴍ] to enter a code, or [sᴜʀᴠᴇʏ] to share feedback



4. Rewards awaiting to be claimed are located either in the mailbox or in the [sʜᴏᴘᴘɪɴɢ ᴄᴀʀᴛ]. If they are not visible yet, we can try changing channel to trigger a refresh, or relog.
