Go to settings and try muting the game.

This achievement takes a lot of effort. The simpliest way to get it is to practice the levels by memorizing the hardest parts. You can also watch a video on YT of it to have an idea what it's gonna be.

To obtain the achievement you need to get around 250 combo streak in time attack mode. The way I found the easiest was to play "blasted lands", because it has a large portion of it when you're standing still which allows you to be pressing "alt" to get bigger combo. Here is a video of me obtaining the achievement. Also your goal is not to finish the level but to get a streak of 250+ which means that when you get close you may stand still and just keep pressing "alt", as you can see that in the video (Steam overlay wasn't recorded)

To obtain the achievement you need to get a score of 500,000,000 in time attack mode. At the end of the level your score and other performance stats together make a final score, here's the formula:

( [ Your Score collected during the level ] + [ Your max combo streak ] * 1000 ) * ( [ Seconds you have left after completing the level ] ^ 2 )

As we can see the stat that gives you the highest score is how much time you had left after completing the level, so that's our goal to get the highest. The level i found the best for it is "fear & power". You will have to memorize click and movement pattern at the final part when Taek gets immortal, so when you do it flawlessly you will get over 500,000,000 score.
