Absolute Perfection

To get this achievement, you need all ranking stats to be S rank. All kills, no misses 95%+ accuracy, no deaths, fastest possible time, and a high score.
I got this in the Caribbean campaign "Alpha" and I think that's the easiest way to get it

Wicked
"Achieve S Rank on all Campaign chapters"
There's a way to get easy S ranks and I will tell you how.
First of all, only play on "Amateur" for the starting 3 armour plates and so armour pick-ups can spawn in the map you're playing. Second of all, you will need modifiers. It really depends on your play style. The ones I always pick are "Tough-Skin" and "Pinata Party". If you don't pick up guns, then use "No Weapon Drops". If you don't use dodge roll, then use "Retirement". You might be asking why we're using multipliers and playing on the easiest difficulty, this is because the rank score system is flawed. You only need two A rank stats and three S rank stats at the minimum to get an S rank. The easiest one is no deaths, followed by score which will be boosted by multipliers, and either time or kills depending on what you want to focus on.
I personally run the Deagles and the multipliers "Tough-Skin" and "No Weapon Drops", and only focus on getting as much Clean Suits as possible (seven perfect shots on enemies in a row). I also rush the level as much as possible, making sure to get as much kills as I can.

Hotline Vice
"Achieve A Rank on all Campaign and Miami chapters"
Same strategy as getting the "Wicked" achievement.

Participation award
"Achieve D Rank on any mission"

You take the Modifier Speed so you die when you stand still for bad death score
You enter first room, fire all your bullet (for bad accuracy score) and stand still to die after 3 seconds
Do that 5 times (wait to be over 1 min to get D rank on timer)
Then run to the red door and you should get D Rank easily.

Take your time and check for all of the enemies in a level. You may have to fire several shots at walls on purpose to attract enemies.

The easiest way to get this achievement if you love picking up weapons is to NOT pick up any weapons for an entire campaign level

Quintuple in one
"Get 5 kills in one second"
Bait enemies near a barrel and shoot it OR get lucky with a shotgun shot OR make use of your slow motion ability. I forgot how I got this achievement honestly.

Jack of all trades
"Get 10 kills with 4 different weapons in 10 seconds"
I also forgot how I got this achievement, but you do want to play a level with a variety of enemies. I recommend the Arena level in either Tokyo or Sydney.
The recommended four weapons to kill with are: Primary, Shotgun, Assault Rifle, DMR
Alternatively, if you want to get it on an early level: Bat, Primary, Pistol, Shotgun

Simple geometry
"Eliminate an enemy by deflecting a bullet from a mirror"
This is a challenge on Toronno's level "Manor of Riches" anyways.
The best way is to play on top-down mode (third person mode off) and to camp near a mirror as soon as you see one.

Unscathed
"Eliminate 50 enemies in a mission without taking damage"
Simply shoot the enemies before they shoot you. I recommend a map that is linear where the enemies can't backstab you when you least expect it.
If you're desperate, play on Veteran or Legend difficulty so you can restart from a checkpoint or restart the chapter when you take damage.

Every shot counts
"Eliminate 40 enemies with 100% accuracy in a mission without dying"
I got this achievement in Caribbean's "Beta" map. Just don't miss.

Knock knock…
"Eliminate 10 enemies by kicking doors into them in a mission"
Thanks to zachjd on the discussions forum, there's an easy way to get this achievement.

Upstairs after you use first key, run to the last door on the right and enter the room. There will be a guy in the bathroom on the left behind the door. Kick, kill, reload checkpoint 10 times.

There are more levels where you can abuse checkpoint scumming.

You can either get this by playing the game without using guns (good luck) or you can just breeze through the Caribbean maps "Alpha Challenge," "Beta Challenge," or "Charlie Challenge"
*This might be an oversight so abuse it while you still can

Skill Issue
"Complete a mission with 20+ deaths"
This is an achievement you'll need to try to actually get. Unless you actually suck at the game (which I'm sorry if you actually do).
Anyways, the best way to get this achievement is to go to Sahara and play the map "Oil Prince". At the beginning of the level, you're spawned next to a shallow body of water. Dive into the pool and repeat this for around 20 times.
As of currently writing this guide, the developer has confirmed that they're going to change how the player character reacts to water, so abuse it while you still can.
An alternative method would be to use the same method in Miami, on the level "Sent to Paradise". This is a bit slower, though.
I completely forgot that the modifier "Speed" exists. You can use it to gather deaths as much as possible by just standing still because you die if you stay still for longer than 3 seconds. Be sure to do this on Caribbean's map "Alpha".

"Perform 10 perfect dodges in a row"
Don't kill enemies and spam dodge when they're about to attack.
I found this easier when dealing with melee enemies only.
Play on Roma, Tiramisu and get to the part where you have to ditch your gun and melee fight a lot of dudes. Whittle them down to a few (1 or 2 works best) and start learning the perfect dodge timing. This also works for getting the perfect dodge challenge in this level too.

"Complete an Arena level without getting hit"

Easiest and most optimal way to beat the no-damage arena challenge:
1) Set the map to Sahara, Market Ruins (this is a twofer, because this will also complete this arena's no-damage challenge)
2) Put on the following modifiers: Infinite Ammo, Martyrdom.
2) Use the starting pistol.
3) Camp indoors in the corner of the map that is behind and to the left of the big truck. You'll know you're in the right room if you see shelves with vases on them.

Enjoy the clicky-finger fireworks of nearly full auto pistol + exploding enemies.

Disclaimer: this section of the guide kinda ruins the point of some of the challenge, but this is for those completionists that are desperate.

I'm trying to get as much example videos to show how they can be done.

REMEMBER: THE PAUSE MENU SHOWS YOUR CHALLENGE PROGRESS AND TELLS YOU IF THE PROGRESS SAVED OR NOT!!!
THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT WHEN THE METHOD INVOLVES CHECKPOINT SCUMMING

I didn't notice that people don't know how to grab, so I'll give you a mini-tutorial about grabbing.
By default, your bind for grabbing is "G" on your keyboard. I personally have mine set to one of the mouse buttons for convenience.
Now to grab someone in an actual level get close to them and then press the grab bind. You'll know you did it right if there's a bright green circle that starts to empty which represents how long you have until you're forced to shove the enemy away.
In the context of this challenge, shoot at enemies while an enemy is grabbed in this position.
Grabbing is actually pretty good in gameplay as enemies can take melee hits for you, shotgun blasts, etc. Manually shoving can even help to stun enemies to buy you time, too.

Assuming when you reset to checkpoint on the level, the progress doesn't reset, just sneak up to the person, execute them, then reset to checkpoint. Repeat this for as many times as you need.

This is specific to the level in Toronno, "Underground Ops"
When you enter the air lock, you have to pop slow mo and get a clean suit in the duration of it.
Additionally, only activate slow mo when you are about to shoot your first target since the first area you enter through the air lock only has 5 enemies and you need 2 more enemies to walk into the same area for a Clean Suit.

This will require checkpoint scumming.
I'll only show the spots but once you get the kill, reset to checkpoint
If I fire a shot before doing the kill, that's to get the enemy close enough to the door to kill them.

On Miami, Cathedral:

On Miami, Chop Shop:
This one is a bit more difficult because you cannot checkpoint scum this one. Instead, you'll have to let the enemy kill you and then you can restart from checkpoint.

What this refers to is wallbang kills. Camping and playing around doors and glass are easy ways to get this challenge done. I highly recommend you play around the map to find the weak surfaces.

Essentially, kick enemies into kill zones. This includes water, the void, and railway tracks.
You may either kick them or grab them and throw them into that designated area.

On Miami, Sent to Paradise:

Identify the animation for when an enemy throws a grenade.
Also the challenge title is misleading, it actually means killing the enemy with their grenade however you want. You can grab them and toss them into the grenade's radius when it's about to explode, you can bait enemies into the radius, anything.

Play on legend difficulty. Conveniently, this difficulty gives you no armor (so you die from one shot) and you have to restart the entire level when you die. Why is this optimal? So you know when you take damage (if you're used to the lower difficulties) and so you can easily restart the mission.

This challenge is exclusive to Roma, Tiramisu.
Select the modifiers "One Punch Mode" or "Instant Executes". Either work fine depending on how confident you are. If you want extra layer of protection, turn on "Infinite Stamina" as well (for slow mo abuse).
Now, run past the first section and deposit your gun (yeah this game is coded stupidly) and rush into the corridor. Now spam punches and win!

This challenge (like the kick enemies into grenades challenge) is LYING TO YOU. You just have to push them into the vehicles. The best way is to first kill all enemies except for ONE. Now, you grab the enemy, shove them into the vehicle, and rinse and repeat until you get the amount you need done. Why this is better than kicking is because shoving enemies into surfaces does no damage (as far as I know) and is perfect for farming this challenge.
