[MDE] Fjord Uzbin Lighting

Description
Gives the Norwegian Fjord Highlands a nice lighting overhaul from Uzbin, the complete opposite of Fjord. This was originally just for an OP I hosted but I'm making this public for others to use especially for the people who asked in the OPTRE Discord. Works best when early morning with slight fog, just play around with it until it looks good for you
