First off, I 100% took this idea from Mura on the fallout new vegas guides. Now heres how to add it!

This will need to be added to your steam profile as a favorite guide showcase, so make sure you have that available. From there go to your steam profile, edit profile, featured showcase and select Favorite guide. In the selection screen select this guide, scroll down and press save - now it should be displayed on your profile!

This is my first attempt at posting anything within the steam community so I hope you enjoy <3

To create your own profile mp3s you can go to this website[www.3dgifmaker.com], add the album art you'd like and copy and paste this guide, editing the time stamp as you see fit. From there save the gif and upload it into your guide and all set.
