- The game's premise is simple. You go somewhere, you pick something up, you validate the run. When you validate a run, your present game ends, and you can start a new one.

- Sometimes, touching certain things (or having something touch certain things) will automatically validate the run.

- The game has a lot of funny little things to find and do outside of the scope of achievements. I'd recommend fooling around before looking up the answers here.

- The fastest way out of your apartment to the ground below is to crouch and jump through the window. This can get fiddly if you are trying to take something with you, as it might get stuck in the level geometry.

- Sometimes standing on a prop will end up launching you in a random direction, so be careful. Very little about this game requires careful precision, outside of one specific achievement where this can be a problem.

- Finally, and probably most important: you can scale some walls by repeatedly jumping up their side, which is something the game doesn't tell nor show you. You are a very skilled frog at parkour, as appropriate for a speedrun game.

This is current as of the game's release, June 18th 2025, with June 9th 2025 having been considered the "final" version of the game.

I strongly recommend doing Clouds last, for best effect.

1. Spoon% - Go forward, pick up the spoon in your room, and validate.

2. French Breakfast - Go outside your room, pick up the key near the pot, and enter the room next to yours. Take the pack of cigarettes. Bring it to the coffee machine in your room (in the corner on the counter near your table).

3. Pain Au Chocolat - Go outside your apartment building to the bakery (yellow building). Go behind the counter. Pick up the pastry with the two dots (like eyes) and validate.

4. Vin Fromage - Go into the restaurant at the lowest floor of your apartment building. Grab the cheese, take it outside, then touch the wine bottle. (Taking the wine bottle to go inside the restaurant automatically validates as a separate category.)

5. Haute Cuisine - Climb your apartment building, get to the roof of the nearby burning hospital, and grab the pigeon. Get back down to the ground and throw the pigeon into the fire.

6. PetTheDog% - Go outside of your apartment building, and go into the alley to your right. Go past the car, and by the dumpster. Pick up the bone. Now, cross the street, get into the park, and toss the bone so it's in the path of the fast-moving dog. (Getting touched by the dog is a different category, but no less amusing. Also, be careful about touching the grass, as that's yet another category!)

7. PetTheCat% - This one's a little more fiddly, due to where the cat is. Go into your neighbor's room (key near pot outside your room, use it on their door), and open their fridge for a fish. Go outside, cross the street, and go behind the bakery (yellow building). There is a spinning cat that normally repels you if you get close. Find some way to toss the fish at them to get this. (NOTE: Running and jumping high enough from the bakery roof for the fly above is a different category.)

8. Wait% - This one, you just need to let the timer run for well over an hour, higher than 71 minutes (an early validation still gave me Nothing%). Just let it run in the background while you do whatever else with your computer, and eventually you'll get it - though it'll report as 00:00:01.

9. Clouds - The most difficult achievement, but not as bad as it looks. You'll need to scale your apartment building, then get over to the top of the hospital building, and start climbing clouds by jumping to each of them. It's way more lenient than it appears, with the only hurdle being the black prop on one of the clouds running the risk of launching you off if you hop on top of it. Touch the sun to complete the run.

Again, there's more jokes and discoveries to find outside of the achievements. I won't list them. Have fun discovering your own favorite speedrun route!
