(YOU NEED A GOOD COMPUTER FOR THIS GUIDE TO BE ANY USEFUL TO YOU)

First, you need to open up your file explorer.

Next, click on Documents.

Now, double click on the Paradox Interactive folder.

Double click on the Hearts of Iron IV folder

Then double click on settings.txt

Change the refreshrate and maxrefreshrate to 240 or your monitors refresh rate.

Now save! CTRL + S is the hotkey to save or you can do file -> save.
