Hey all, I wanted to write up a fairly simple guide for this game.

It's a very straightforward game, but some choices unlock specific achievements along the way while the first choice shoehorns you into a certain ending regardless of choices you make. So I'll guide you along the 3 playthroughs you'll need to do for 100%.

If you want to play around with different options to ensure you get all CG's, i.e. choosing to sleep with Revi and/or Aloe, but most choices outside the relationship(s) status option that you start the game with don't alter the route. Most of the time they're simply Haru's inner thoughts and he or another character just end up saying the same line anyway for some reason.
