You guys are probably familiar with phishing now, as it is very common on steam these days. So, I'm the GUIDE which will help you save your account (Which is probably for valuable then your own life) from being PHISHED or HACKED!

Now as you know people spend too much on there account and these accounts are really valuable to them and loosing them is just not an option. But unfortunately when you have lost your account just want to end your life. Believe me I've been through that!
There are few low minded ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, who have promoted phishing on steam. These ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ has so desperate! ! :'D
You might have gotten a message from a friend who is telling you to open a bloody link watch his trade collection, or a sexy photo, or his friend's steam account who wants to trade with you.You get such messages when you log in to csgounge and other such trading and betting site or from a friend (Who has gotten this from same sites or a friend). At first , by seeing that message you should realize that its a spam because he (your friend, from whom u got that message) doesn't talk like that. But, If you're dumb enough and felt for it then you're DOOMED but there is a way you can save your meaningless life~!

Follow these simple rules :)

1: [/u] BE IN YOUR CONSIOUS: [/u] You should know such kinds of spams. But if you're not sure you can simply message him , he will just repeat that bloody message again and again!
( If you're drunk, dont reply or repond to steam messages )

[/h1] NOTE: [/h1] If you think strengthening your password or turning steam guard on will help then you're wrong!

2: [/u] FRIENDLIST: [/u] Keep you're friend list clean!

3: [/u] DONT TRY TO HACK ACCOUNTS: [/u] I can assure you that there are no hacks for free, so stop downloading stupid software or trying it online, they can get you passwords , credit card info etc!

[/h1] WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PHISHED AND YOU DIDN't LISTEN TO ME THEN FOLLOW THESE STEPS: [/h1]

1: Contact steamsupport : https://support.steampowered.com/ (ITS SAVE :P )

2: If you're account is premium then you will get your account back soon. All you need to do is to give them your credit card info ( like name of the person, card number, company etc) and pictures or previous names.

3: But if you havn't used credit card on steam (as most of the dota players [no offence] ) , Then you'll be needing more prove to convince them. You can send them your account pics, screenshots (found in steam folder), previous names , last games you traded or trade activity etc!

[/h1] NOTE: [/h1] Steam support is TOO SLOW so hold your horses if you have done the stupidity, you deserves it! :P You'll get reply in a week or so. Meanwhile EAT PIZZA!
