Collected 20/20 golden staues before the last update (v1.2.34870) and "Love or Hate" is not unlocking?
Solution here.

Seems like (at least for me) that collecting all 20 goat mmo simulator golden statues prior to update 1.2.34870, the one that adds 2 new achievement and fixes the two broken ones, won't make you able to unlock "Love or Hate".
Resetting MMO quests is of no help though it won't reset achievement progression status.

ATTENTION:
I STRONGLY recommend to adopt this solution after you did all the other collectible achievements. This is for you to avoid wasting time by recollecting every collectible again and for things like getting to level 101, completing all quests, etc. i suggest however to do this as the last achievement.

SOLUTION:
Looks like resetting the whole save game is the only way to recollect the golden trophys across the map. Once you have again 20/20 the achievement will pop.
Resetting the save means erasing all progress. Collectibles are gone, your level on MMO simulator map is reset to 1, quests/objectives are all gone either.
Since resetting is just a workaround until CSS fixes this (like makes you unlock the ach. as soon as you launch the game if you already have all trophys), this is why i suggest to hold this achievement as the last one.
I had all 20/20 trophys prior to update, had to reset the whole save to gain all of them again and bam, achievement unlocked.

Let me know if you discovered other workarounds like editing save files, etc. so i can include them in the guide.
