If you're struggling to get your WPM high enough for these achievements, there is a very easy method to cheese this. The game doesn't calculate your WPM unless you're physically typing. So load the first level (Sector Imperialis) on the easiest difficulty. When the first enemy shows up, take a second to process the word; again the WPM doesn't track until you start typing. You might need a few resets to find a word you can mash out really quick. Afterwords, just let the next two enemies kill you; don't type anything else. At the game over screen, you're achievements should pop if you were fast enough.
