nvngx_dlss_3.5.0.zip from https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/

You need these exact versions of files for the upscaling to work!

Install the files to correct folders

Extract RE8.zip to /Resident Evil Village BIOHAZARD VILLAGE folder (where the re8.exe is located), you only need the reframework folder and dinput8.dll from the archive.
Extract PDPerfPlugin.dll from UpscalerBasePlugin-502-1-0-6-1-1672115301.zip and nvngx_dlss.dll from nvngx_dlss_3.5.0.zip to /Resident Evil Village BIOHAZARD VILLAGE/reframework/plugins folder

And that's it!

Now when you launch RE8 you should be greeted by REframework menu and there you shall find TempolarUpscaler submenu with DLSS already enabled, congrats!
