The X72500 is a regional and intercity train that is operated by the french national operator SNCF since 1997.
It have a bad reputation of being unreliable at is beginning, leading most of the regions to scrap them instead of renovating them once reaching the middle life refit.
Only Centre-Val-de-Loire, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and PACA still operate them.
