Item Exchange with NPC

The mod introduces a new dialogue option allowing the player to exchange items with a stalker squad leader. When interacting, the NPC randomly offers four items from different categories:

- Artifact
- Weapon
- Suit
- Miscellaneous item

This mechanic adds variety to trading and expands opportunities to obtain rare gear in the game.
