OH, right!... this is a mod for Luthor Harkon, our favorite schizophrenic Arch-Grand Commodore, Pirate King of the Vampire Coats and Emperor of Lustria! Now he has more health, he has maaany abilities suited to a mage but he is also a good melee fighter, AAAND, the piss water launcher he had has been replaced by a proper handcannon, and the upgraded version for a, basically, EVEN BIGGER HANDCANNON, so part the seas (and your enemies) with this first lord of the vampire coast! YARR
