School 666 | All anomalies ◇
By Rubevids
To pay tribute to the game I have decided to create a guide on my own to detect all the anomalies of the game in all chapters and all floors, because I see that the creator did not put a video showing the anomalies like in Hospital 666 and that nobody makes a guide
(And yes, Lokin, I know you say in the director that you added an "anomaly gallery" once you've completed the game. But what's the point of adding that at the end if you've already beaten the game? I mean, it's a nice touch, and I appreciate it, because otherwise this guide wouldn't exist. But I want to help those who get stock and yet doesn't complete the game)

The game has 84 anomalies, exactly the same amount as Hospital 666. All of these are spread across the chapters with an organization of 4 anomalies per floor, I hope you appreciate my effort in doing this and, Lokin, if you see this, don't get mad at me for doing this.

Chapter 1 - Lost
Chapter where it all starts, where you face the first bosses and see the first anomalies. In this chapter, the anomalies are either quite obvious or very hidden. Here's the problem: their clues after the anomaly fails don't always provide clear information. This is where my friend and I got pretty stuck.
Floor 000 - 066 (Chapter 1)

Ghost Corridor

A VERY obvious anomaly can be identified by seeing how the interior of the classroom is completely black and how a ghostly girl emerges from the same classroom. When she emerges, she'll start walking toward you. If she touches you, you die, although she's slow.

Window Spiders

Although the name suggests it, spiders actually appear indoors just the same. You can identify them by looking at spiders on windows, indoor spiders like the one on top of a locker, and when you get close enough, they'll move away with a small jump scare.

Blood Crowd Dimension

This anomaly is quite obvious and somewhat creepy. You can identify it by walking down the middle of the hallway. The stage will begin to have brief moments where it transforms into a bloody, dark place. If you stay there for too long, you'll receive a jumpscare.

Alt + F4

This anomaly is the most obvious one on this floor, along with the Corridor Ghost. To identify it, we'll have to find a black square blocking the passage in the middle of the hallway. Upon contact, a cinematic will appear. We'll enter a minigame where we have to hold down the window to expand it. After doing all that, we'll receive an achievement, and everything will return to normal. It's very curious, in my opinion.

Floor 100 - 166 (Chapter 1)

Insect Poster

In this anomaly, the bug poster changes. To identify it, you need to see that the bug poster changes and makes messages with the bugs. When you get close enough, it will jump scare you, but it's not fatal.

Funny Skeleton

Hehe, look at the skeleton, it's dancing. To identify this anomaly, you need to make a gesture and the skeleton will accompany you in the rhythm by posing, or you can wait for it to pose on its own.

Googly Crow

In this anomaly, the crows' eye sockets will change to more cartoonish ones. A curious fact is that you can interact with these crows and they'll perform animations. Additionally, your eyes will also become similar to the crow's. This is easier to identify in multiplayer.

SCP-096

Upon entering the classroom, your screen will go dark, and you will encounter SCP-096 and its minigame. You must survive by navigating the entire classroom with obstacles and exiting without looking at the entity, or you will die. There is no way to discover this anomaly without entering it.

Floor 200 - 266 (Chapter 1)

SCP-999

Upon entering the infirmary, you'll see the docile SPC-999 near one of the stretchers, accompanied by a message written on the table telling you your name. It's harmless; you can touch it and it will bounce off. SCP-999 will only wander around the room and do nothing more than walk around.

The Lonely Teenager

This is, in my opinion, the most hidden anomaly on this floor. To identify it, you'll have to go behind a piece of furniture near a gurney, and there will be a text providing you with some lore. Upon seeing it, you'll begin to experience Hospital 666-style hallucinations. It's not life-threatening, even though it may seem so, but once the hallucinations end, nothing will remain.

Phone Call

In this anomaly, you'll see the phone on one of the tables start to vibrate because someone's calling you. If you decide to answer, no one will pick up, and you won't be killed. It looks like someone made a prank call.

Don't Save It

This anomaly is similar to that of SCP-096, as upon entering the infirmary, the screen will go dark and you will have to survive a minigame. In the minigame, you will have to choose who you will save by grabbing the child's rose. If you choose wrong, you will be killed; if you choose right, you will leave the classroom.

Floor 300 - 366 (Chapter 1)

Have A Sit

It's a very obvious anomaly, I mean, it's impossible for you to miss it, right? When you sit down, a cinematic will start referencing part of the game's lore that I don't want to spoil too much for you, even though it's not a big deal.

Longer Subjects

This is the less obvious anomaly on this floor. To identify it, we need to notice how thick the subjects written on the blackboards are. If we stay in the room any longer, they'll detach themselves from the wall and come toward you with an unpleasant sound. If it touches you, you'll die.

Teacher Knocking

Okay, so you see a giant figure of your teacher in the window, and what do you do? To identify this anomaly, we have to look at the window, since there must be a giant face watching you from behind the bushes.

Lokin Debut

To identify this anomaly, we'll need to see that the poster on the corkboard changes to a poster with the game's creator (Sup, Lokin?) next to a QR code. When we get too close, a cinematic starts, and scanning the QR code takes us to a YouTube premiere.

Floor 400 - 466 (Chapter 1)

Sound Explosion

If you're observant, you'll notice a record-like device on the teacher's table, which will allow you to interact with it. If you interact, you'll hear a sound before it explodes if you listen to it for too long.

Instrument Ghost

And here we go again with the ghosts. To identify this anomaly, you'll have to notice the ghost of an artist's sculpture staring at you and disappearing if you look directly at it. You have to be quick if you want to see it and know it's there.

Tuba Cannon

Yeah, well, this one's obvious. When you walk into the classroom, the trombones will apparently be shooting cannonballs at you. It might be a bit difficult to get out of the classroom with so many projectiles.

Autoplay Instrustments

This is like any other minigame anomaly. Upon entering the classroom, the doors will close, and you'll have to play the instruments you're told to play the correct number of times and in the correct order. It's simple: when you do this, the doors will open.

Floor 500 - 566 (Chapter 1)

Blue Monster Clearly not Ao Oni

Upon entering the room, the lights will go out for a split second, and a purple monster (even though it says "Blue Monster") will appear in the window, giving it a little fright. After that, the room will return to normal.

4th Wall Printer

The change this anomaly brings is that you can now interact with the printers on the sides of Lokin. Their appearance also changes, adding a smiley face to one side. When interacted with, they will print out papers with various messages.

Stop Watching

Wow, it seems that with this anomaly, Lokin has some life after all! To identify it, we need to stare at Lokin, for no apparent reason. He'll get angry and look back at you, saying, "Why are you looking at me!?"

Hide And Seek

Upon entering the classroom, you'll find a girl with a message on the projector board. You'll have to play a little hide-and-seek minigame to find the hidden girl. Once you find her, you can leave the room. And don't get me wrong, you're not the one who had to hide.

Floor 600 - 666 (Chapter 1)

Mirror Disco

If you look in the library mirror, you'll see a person who looks just like you, but is slightly more deformed and lanky, dancing and making you dance too. It's weird. Disco lights also turn on. Fun fact: The clue for failing the anomaly has nothing to do with the current anomaly ;)

Bad Categories

Okay, so if you're not Japanese, this anomaly is a bit unfair. To identify it, you have to look at the signs with the categories on each shelf; they'll be reversed. Just make sure they're not the same Japanese letters, and you'll recognize it.

Raining Tears

It's raining and thundering, nothing more lol

Fake Credits

Upon entering the automatic library, you'll see a crappy imitation of the game's credits, but it's interrupted by the entity that rewinds and won't let you exit the game so easily.

Chapter 2 - Accustome
After fighting the entity, we have it destroy its own fires, but it only unleashes even more of its power and sends us back to the beginning.

In this chapter, the entities will be less noticeable but much more interesting. The bosses will be much more difficult, in my opinion, and we're halfway through the course!
Floor 000 - 066 (Chapter 2)

Cats Inside Locker

This anomaly is obvious, although it takes a while to activate, and you have to be careful. The anomaly makes about six cats come out of a box and that's it, they don't do anything else._. XD

Eye Camera

You'll feel observed with this one, or something, I suppose. This anomaly is somewhat difficult to see at first, but over time it grows in size, and if it touches you, it'll kill you. There'll be an eye in the corner, watching you and following you with its gaze.

System Reboot

Upon entering the hallway, a strange window will appear, and messages will begin to communicate with you, messages related to the lore. After the message, the stage will begin to fill with green binary codes. After that, a code barrier will clear the hallway. If it touches you, it will kill you.

Aha, so, don't ask why the image quality is like that, it always weighed more than 2MB 😭

Slow Motion

I think you already know what this anomaly does, right? Well, it makes you go into slow motion when you walk more than halfway down the corridor. It affects everything: gestures, animations, etc. And that's it. I don't know how I failed it the first time, to be honest.

Floor 100 - 166 (Chapter 2)

Projector Rick

And you were rickrolled!! Haha! To identify this anomaly, we'll need to wait long enough for the projector to decide to turn on and play a joke rickroll. It won't kill you if you just sit there watching it, but it's curious.

Big Head

You don't have to be an expert to figure out what it is, right? Your head increases in size with this anomaly. The key to identifying it is to look at yourself in the small mirror or make a gesture if you're in single player; if you're in multiplayer, it'll be much more obvious.

Folders 666

If you're attentive enough, you'll be able to see the change this anomaly makes. It causes the folders on the shelves to align so they say "666." Terrifying, right? Just so you know, this was done a lot at Hospital 666.

Buggy Men

At first, he looks normal, but if you get closer to Lokin, you'll see that he's trembling, and his shape glistens, forming whatever the anomaly is. Yes, it's like abstract art...

Floor 200 - 266 (Chapter 2)

Frozen Treatment

Hmm... This seems similar to something. But, anyway, to identify this anomaly, you'll need to see a figure on the bed in the middle of the medical classroom. If we stay too close to it, we'll activate it, and if it rises high enough, you'll enter a cinematic where they point you in a block like them and kill you.

Bonfire

DARK SOULS REFERENCE?! Yes, yes, you heard right. It's the damn campfire from Dark Souls!! It's a super obvious anomaly and you can interact with it to get into the same pose as in Dark Souls. Wow, wow, incredible!! I love this game.

Eyes Everywhere

This is a nice reference to an original anomaly from Hospital 666, and right in a clinical room too! (Wow, I'm such a nerd.) To find it, you'll have to look around the room with your eyes or a handful of eyes behind a piece of furniture.

Hospital 666

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!! I love this floor. This anomaly is a clear reference to School 666's predecessor, Hospital 666. Upon entering the classroom, there will be a sign with the Hospital 666 logo; it will draw you in and swallow you up, sending you to the hospital. It pays tribute to almost all of Hospital 666's anomalies, and I can assure you, I'm a huge fan of this. For my part, it's a very nice gesture from the creator.

Floor 300 - 366 (Chapter 2)

Hole Room

The best part of this anomaly was watching my friend fall into infinity, since he didn't realize there was no floor. In this anomaly, there's no floor, and they make you pretend the classroom is in space. If you fail, you die; it's simple.

Kid Plays Door

Okay, this is simple: when you enter the classroom, you'll see the doors open and close loudly. If you try to leave and the door closes on you, you'll die right away. You'll have to wait for the ghost child to pull and stop.

Longer 666

This is one of the anomalies you have to wait a while to show up. When you spend some time in the classroom, you'll see numerous number 6s appear and spread out in all directions. I don't know if you'll die from touching them, but I strongly believe that you will.

Room 666

Partially, if you're attentive, you'll see a QR code appear on the tables. It's a rather interesting anomaly, as scanning this code will take you to a YouTube video with a minigame. Completing it will give you more game lore and clues to get the good ending.

Floor 400 - 466 (Chapter 2)

Music Show

The anomaly that changes in the music classroom is that there is a child playing the drums on the classroom stage. If you get too close and stay there, the child will start his show, but the audience will catch you and kill you.

Auto Instrument

When you enter the classroom, you'll hear the instruments you're close to beginning to play their sounds. The anomaly won't kill you if you stay there longer; it's just informational.

Demonic Musician

This anomaly is one of those that takes a while to activate. To identify it, you'll have to enter the classroom and wait a certain amount of time until the lights go out and the pictures of famous musicians approach you with red eyes. After a while, they disappear, and everything returns to normal.

Go Some Balls

From outside the classroom, you can see a miniature model of a racetrack. If you enter, your screen will darken and you'll enter a minigame referencing "Go Some Balls," Lokin's other in-development video game. After completing the minigame, it takes you back to the classroom.

Floor 500 - 566 (Chapter 2)

Don't Trust It

On one of the screens, you'll see a message to get your attention. If you continue reading, you'll see that this entity is pretending to be Lokin, and if you follow his instructions to the letter, he'll set a trap for you and kill you in an interesting way.

Pray for Him

This is one of the most interesting anomalies, in my opinion. Behind the projector lies a parallel world that resembles a sort of ritual dedicated to Lokin. You have the option to pray and join your Discord server. This anomaly also grants you two achievements.

Praying for you 🕯️ Young Little Lokin 💝

Corner Ghost

Between all the computers, there's a ghost of a girl staring at you from the corner of your vision. If you look directly at her, she disappears. This anomaly is similar to the ghost statue in the music room.

Shut Them Down

Upon entering the classroom, the screen will go dark, and you'll enter a minigame. You'll be trapped between the computer desks, and you have to turn them off, where some children's heads will pop out. If you wait too long, these children will emerge from the screen and chase you slowly, but since we're in an enclosed space, you'll inevitably be killed by touch.

Floor 600 - 666 (Chapter 2)

Yandere Mya

When you enter the library, you'll feel watched, and you are. To identify this anomaly, we need to listen to the laughter and sounds this yandere makes, and also, whenever you look back she's watching you. That's creepy

Ceiling Giant

This is probably the most obvious anomaly. Upon entering the library, a giant will open the roof and look inside. I thought she would kill me first, but in the end, she's harmless.

Floating Books

This anomaly is more unfair to people with low graphics. The key is to pay attention to the shadows, since the books are flying, so their shadows are noticeable.

Head Look Up

This anomaly is somewhat hidden. You need to look up to see it, as there will always be a head lurking in front of you, growing larger the longer you are in the library. It will kill you if you touch it.

Chapter 3 - Overcome
After challenging the entity in a battle, even though he was enhanced, we managed to damage him enough to slightly crack his helmet and see that it was always... you? It's still confusing. Still, the entity finds the strength to expel you back to the beginning.

New chapter, new anomalies, and this time more hidden than before, it seems. We're at the end of the road. If you got here thanks to my guide, I appreciate it!
Floor 000 - 066 (Chapter 3)

Exploding Locker

As you enter the hallway you will see the face of a creeper take shape in a set of lockers. If you spend too much time looking at it, it will explode and push you away, but it won't kill you.

Watch Your Back

Well, it looks like the hallway is clear to me. To identify this anomaly, we'll need to, as the name suggests, look behind us. There, we'll see some number 6s approaching and stalking us. I don't know if you die when you touch them; I haven't tested that.

Rotating Corridor

The room will start spinning as soon as you step halfway down the hallway. There's nothing more to explain, it's simple and it won't kill you. Simple anomaly.

Bagel Blackhole

This is, in my opinion, my favorite anomaly from this episode. It's a black hole in the middle of the hallway. If you get too close, it'll suck you in and spit you out even wider and smaller. It's beautiful how it leaves you, and I laughed many times at this. It's a shame it only lasts on that floor.

Floor 100 - 166 (Chapter 3)

Waving In Another

I think you've learned a lesson about checking classroom mirrors more often. To identify this anomaly, we'll have to look in the mini mirror in the bathroom and see that there are a lot of Lokin waving from the window. It's a very interesting anomaly.

Dangerous Globe

This anomaly honestly caught me by surprise. To identify it, you have to see that the globe would be spinning on its own, if you stare at it for too long it would shoot out like a bullet and if it hits you it would explode killing you.

Old Memory

I think I saw this in a movie while back. It's an obvious but dangerous anomaly. Upon entering the classroom, you'll be transported to a cinematic with VHS static that references a movie I can't name. The entities that emerge from the person's stomach will start chasing you; if they touch you, they'll kill you. You have to survive for at least two or three seconds.

Blue Ghost Clearly not Ao Oni, twice

This anomaly can scare you if you don't expect it and think it's dangerous. Upon entering the classroom, Lokin will suddenly stand up with a purple hue running towards you and will stay near you looking at you until approximately 4 seconds pass until everything returns to normal.

Floor 200 - 266 (Chapter 3)

Crazy Chair

Okay, here the chairs are going a little crazy. To identify this anomaly, you'll simply have to watch how, upon entering the classroom, the chairs begin to bounce furiously.

Kid's World

I'll be honest, I thought I'd die if the black spot touched me, but I didn't. As you enter the classroom, you'll see a black spot take over the entire room. If you pass through that spot, you'll enter a classroom filled with stuffed animals and colored lights.

Syringe Rain

Okay, this anomaly is obvious. Upon entering the classroom, you'll see syringes raining down from the ceiling. If you're in multiplayer, you'll see the syringes that hit you stab you, which is a nice touch.

Doll Men

I feel like Lokin is missing here... To identify this anomaly we will have to see that in the wheelchair where Lokin has been sitting in this classroom for the last two chapters now instead of him there is a toy doll.

Floor 300 - 366 (Chapter 3)

Leaking Air Conditioner

And for the prize for the longest anomaly name: This anomaly! To identify it, we'll have to see some leaks from an air conditioner on the ceiling (yes, the one on the ceiling was an air conditioner). If you get close enough, it will start to release a reddish liquid, and it's certain death. You can't get out once it activates, so don't get too close.

Samurai

I love this anomaly. To identify it, we'll have to see that the picture of the teacher next to the blackboard changes to a black figure. If you get close enough, the figure will begin to transform into a samurai in a devil's suit. It will emerge from the painting and begin stalking you. If it catches you, it will kill you.

Kids Meeting

Upon entering the classroom, the lights will go out and whispers will be heard. If you manage to make it through the darkness and see a light in a corner, you'll see a group of ghostly children. When you get close enough, they will disappear and the lights will return.

Math Question

As soon as you enter, the doors will close on you, and you will have to choose whether to exit through one of the two classroom doors, provided that the door has the correct answer to the problem on the board. If you go through the wrong door, you will explode and die.

Floor 400 - 466 (Chapter 3)

Invisible Stalker

Always, always with this entity present, you'll feel like someone is stalking you. Every time you run, it runs; if you jump, it jumps. The way to identify it, since it's invisible, is to perform an action and listen for the sound to repeat itself.

Funny Style

What this anomaly will change is that the musicians' illustrations will become colorful. There's no other change than that; it's simple.

All Around You

The change you'll notice will be some helmets on top of some crates. When you interact with it, the lights will go out, and ghosts will come out from who knows where to surround you. Just before you think they're going to do something to you, the lights will turn on, and you'll see that the ghosts are harmless.

Look Behind

There's a message in the corner of the room that says, "Look behind you," in English and Japanese. If you're close enough to the message and turn around, you'll see a jump scare and a QR code that will send you to a post by X de Lokin with game lore and a hexadecimal code.

Floor 500 - 566 (Chapter 3)

CPU Crashed

If you watch the teacher's monitor, you'll see the entity live changing settings in the same room you're in with Unity, doing something wrong, and the system crashing. After that, everything returns to normal.

Experiement

Upon entering the computer room, you will see the doors close, the lights turn red, and you will be shown face to face with the experiment, telling you something in reverse that I haven't been able to discover yet, but it will surely be part of the lore.

Left Click

A curious fact about this anomaly is that there are two at the same time, the PC towers if you push them they will explode and if you push them you will throw balls like a hadouken from Street Fighter.

Eating Pixel

On one of the screens in the room, you'll see an icon of a Minecraft Enderman head. If you interact with it, you'll be transported to a Pac-Man-style minigame where you have to dodge it and collect the balls to escape the classroom. If Pac-Man touches you, you're dead.

Floor 600 - 666 (Chapter 3)

Texture 6

This anomaly is the most hidden on this floor. To identify it, we'll have to look at the floor, tables, or notebooks, as they will have the number 6 written on them in texture, making a total of 666. This anomaly is somewhat hidden, it took me a while to find it.

Book Man

This anomaly, along with the next, is one of the most obvious on this floor. To identify it, you'll have to approach the counter, and the Book Man will emerge from the shelves behind it. He'll chase you slowly, but if he touches you, he'll kill you.

Secret Dungeon

Okay, before I explain, don't ask me how my friend and I didn't notice this anomaly on the first try. To identify it, we'll have to look behind the counter, where there will be some stairs leading to a castle-like lair basement with cells and many dead Lokin clones with messages that say "Join us." There will also be jump scares.

Can't Go Back

And for the last anomaly of all, we close it out with this one. A hidden anomaly next to a bookshelf. It's an image, but if we zoom in close enough, we'll see a somewhat disturbing cinematic. I don't want to spoil the surprise. All I'll say is that after all that, everything returns to normal.

Credits and statements
I LOVED making this guide. I hope Lokin sees it and appreciates my work, although what I most hope for is helping the community see all the anomalies, as there's a lack of information due to the short time the game has been available. And yes, I know that you unlock an anomaly gallery for earning all the game's achievements, but the reasons why I made this guide are explained at the beginning.

I'd like to give credit to the two respective videos that I used to take the photos of the anomalies, since it would have been even difficult for me to take them myself and then lower the quality to fit in the guide, blah, blah, blah...

I hope you enjoyed the guide. I made it with a lot of love and I'm really looking forward to the release of this saga's trivia. Love and peace. I'm off.

Wow this was a lot of effort to make this guide. I love these types of games.
