You MUST start on day 1, because this game has a bug where you won't gain as many followers if you were to just load day 2, and skip the first day.
Reloading day 2 causes your Stream Streak to go from 1 to 0, which gives you less followers throughout the entire playthrough.

It's also very important for you to read all of her messages. If you miss 3 messages before Day 13, you will trigger Darkness (cut and scary stream).
If you do get Darkness on day 13, simply continue where you left off (pretend day 14 is day 13, etc).
(You also avoid flatline by reading her messages)

The reason you don't want to reply to Ame on Day 5 is because she receives the Amazorn package on Day 6. This will cancel out your ability to unlock Internet Angel 1, and you won't be able to follow along with the route.

If Ame forces you to do something like gaming or going out, simply reload the day. Sometimes she'll still do the forced event, but she'll usually stop after the 3rd or 4th time.
