I was able to find the Xbox location of the .ini. It is tricky to find it but it is not worth it since the screen is not even visible now with the 32:9 edits. I tested full screen on and off and 5120x1440 and also 3440x1440 so maybe that worked but noppe. I may had modifed the .ini wrong though, there is that chance so I do not discard it. When opened [the game with the modified settings]. There is audio and the game is detected by windows but no luck.

The .ini is inside your AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.Pender_followed by a bunch of keywords but the folder is basically in there. Search for a folder called WarGame in the windows search bar inside that windows screen/window. Or you could do the search from your AppData/Local folder instead, may be easier. It is quite tricky to find it but once you find the folder just open it and then open WarGame/Config and the .ini should be there. I hope that helps. Possibly in a future update crossing fingers it works for us. If you want to know more about what I tested for the xbox app, etc. See my comment in this post. I just hope this helps somehow, not the fix but may possibly help someone else to find a fix for us with the xbox app. We'll see. I found the file that allows you to change the resolution but changing it causes the game to not launch.

I'm playing the beta from the Xbox app sadly so I can't fix this :(
