The main point of this event is that the Malvans are bored and are setting up a race and a fighting tournament.

Short Version is obtaining the following three Dailies and turn in the quest:

• Race the Circus Malvanum
  
• Forum Malvanum

Now for the Long Version.

Before we start, if you do not have a vehicle to start racing the Daily Race, go visit Jo. Jo is at the usual Event Vendor spot by the Powerhouse Wheel Door. She should look like this.



Jo will hand you a quest that let you borrow a Bike for you to race in this daily. Equip the Bike and start flying until you see the gate, as shown in this image.



While you're up there, talk to Sapphire and grab both of the Dailies Quests.


The OM for the race is quite huge, so the timer to let you know when the race is going to start. Be prepare and wait at the gate when this happen. The race itself has Three Track. Here is a visual of each of those track:

Once you finish the race, wait for the reward circle to appear, grab it, then go to Sapphire and turn in that daily.

The first thing you need to do is obtain the Event Daily for this Alert. Fly up to Sapphire, whom can be found beside the starting racing ring above the Rencen and grab the daily quest.



From here, you should check with Lt Patil to see if he offers the Alerts: Forum Malvanum is available. You might as well get those SCR on the side. He is found next to Defender in front of the Powerhouse Entrance.



Now its time for you to queue into the Alert. You should be able to just click Icon of a fiery guy on the Alert task or click More > Alert > Forum Malvanum. It should look like this:


When you're in the alert, immediately go to this symbol by the grate and accept the Skip option. Players in this game value their time and if you don't agree to skip this Alert, be prepare for many unskippable cutscene that will lock your mouse at the center of the screen.


From there, just kill everything until either your group fails to beat the time limit in a round, lose to Ironclad+Duratok or Firewing, or defeat Firewing. Regardless of how this ends, the daily should be completed and you can turn in your daily quest.
