Playthrough for Ending Achievements

For as far as I can tell, doing everything exactly as described in this guide should get you the achievements for all of the character endings. I have not formally verified it (can you reset the achievements in-game?), but they are the combined choices that got me all the achievements. Let me know if this guide works!
