Warcry Duration Increase and 2H Axe Changes

Opis
-Reduces the 2H Greataxe spin mana cost to 1
-Removes the cooldown from the 2H Greataxe spin
-Removes the move speed penalty from the 2H Greataxe spin
-Greatly Increases the Warcry skill duration to 1 day (Essentially makes it a passive, but you can still cast it to activate the "on cast" skill modifiers)

Modifies the following files:
buffs_warrior.sval
attacks_twohanded.sval
