When using Scope X you can get fps locked for some reason and the zoomed in part will be laggy.
To fix this go into Nvidia control panel then
1. go into Manage 3d settigns
2. Then Program Settings
3. find scopex.exe
4. then for Max Background Frame Rate set it to off
5. repeat step 4 for Vertical Sync & Max Frame rate settings
6. save it and reopen scopex
