Rodpower

Rodpower, makes it so your rods are more useful with spells!
It adds a magical power modifer to rods, and some other effects to some of them. As an example, druidic rod add poison (But only on strike, not on the spell)
I used the internal modding system of the game, and it was not possible to add percentage bonuses to spells based upon the rod. So the solution was to just add magical power to them.
