While reaching the sea can also be accomplished by leaf-blower. The propeller tool is the only mechanism capable of rapidly traversing the ocean’s geometric oceanity.

Thus you must get your hands on a Propeller Tool.

These tools can be found (from left to right)
1. Atop the Bureau (raltiail building) nestled on a wooden pallet.
2. Inside the circular tower overlooking the Canal and Bureau.
3. At the top of Babbdi's Highest building (The one with a radio antennae)












The easiest way to get to any of these places is to have a leaf blower. If you need help finding a leaf blower you will have to search for another guide for now.

Once you have a propeller, (right click) to initiate the forward propeller and press (space) to initiate the upward propeller. The propeller will run out of... whatever power source it uses (audacity) after a while. However, it lasts much longer than the leafblower and recharges the moment you hit the ground.

Once you have a propeller tool, go to the seawall at this location, a large rectangular section directly above the Spielplatz.












If you look out at the sea, and to your right. There will be a series of alcoves located below the top of the wall. One of these alcoves has a Pigeon sitting inside it.











This bird knows the minute flaw situated in this structure (possibly added on purpose). Unlike other parts of the visible wall, there is no invisible wall here.

This means you can just land and go right through that alcove. Don’t worry, the Pigeon will come back eventually. Good thing too, as this will be your only egress back to civilization from the moist planes of the ocean.











Contrary to the government may have you believe, the Babbdi Ocean is actually solid. They keep this a secret because they are in league with the shipbuilding guild, whose monopoly on trade would collapse if everyone learned that you can just walk or drive a truck across the sea.

Don’t stray too far though. Otherwise you’ll fall off the edge of the map, and go back to living in your old apartment (possibly drowning in flies).


Sadly there is not achievement for this yet, or possibly ever. But it is a thing to know.
