i like xml because its a good way to make decorations without using moving parts or ropes without causing lag. I personally find it easier too, but if everything was more optimized in this game I might reconsider.

Not the entire game, but it would require a complete remake of the physics and logic, which is certainly most of the game. I highly doubt any developers with any amount of money could do it without breaking existing vehicles within a reasonable amount of time. Its more of a Stormworks Successor kind of thing.

It's super difficult from what I've heard from pals, someone told me that the whole game would need to be redone but I'm not really sure if they are right about that not gonna lie

Pretty sure multi threading physics would mean stuff operating on one thread couldn't communicate with something on another thread, could definitely be wrong though

The "Extra-Lag" issue needs to be wildly addressed .. Like.. don't get me wrong. Love all the cool new stuff..
but having the engine take advantage of more CPU Logic threads would go SOOO far with reducing the PHYS-RND load client-side.

I actually didn't know, thanks for the info!
I don't have the patience to XML lol

yeah but ropes cause extra lag, and in multiplayer they are buggy so I would recommend sticking with XML
