Here is a handy guide to getting AoW:HT to work on Windows 10 and 11.
Locate the games .exe files (ActOfWar_HighTreason.exe), open properties.
Click Compatibility Tab and set it to the following
Checked - Run In Compatibility Mode for: Windows XP Service Package 3
Unchecked - Reduced Color Mode
Unchecked - Run in 640x480
Unchecked - Disable Fullscreen Optimizations
Checked - Run Program As Administrator
Unchecked - Register Program For Restart
Unchecked - Use Legacy Display ICC for Color Management
Now click the "Change High DPI Settings" box and pick the following:
Program DPI
Unchecked - Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program
High DPI Scaling Override
Checked - Override high DPI scaling behavior.
Scaling performed by: Application

Mouse Problems: the game does NOT work well with multi-monitor setups. I use 2 monitors and when I launch the game, its fine in the menu but the mouse and camera go crazy when in-game.
Workaround: physically disconnect ALL other monitors, yank the DVI, HDMI or DP cord out of the extra monitors or gpu leaving ONLY the primary monitor connected.

With the compatibility settings, mouse info and supplementary tools, you should be able to get the game running. I am able to play in 3840x2160 @ 60FPS with these settings. Please leave a comment if something doesn't work for you or if you have anything additional to add.
