Hello, in this section I will be going over some good strategy's to make your lives easier.

First off I would recommend waiting for slime's to fully grow before killing or capturing them, capture wizards and most special guys but also make sure you kill enough to get roughly 30-50 slime balls per day, the later the day the higher you should aim to get, I attempted to start at day 16 and I got 100 slime balls and manged to get a pet upgrade, with that being said I recommend to get get pet upgrades as early as you can, they make life so much easier in combat (especially the one where it teleport s to an enemy), then when capturing make sure the pet slime mode is on manual so it doesn't kill the slime's you want and when clearing a room make sure the pet slime mode is on auto so it can help you fight enemies. Now for what your slime balls should be spent on is battery, upgrades, and health when you at 5 or less, you can find weapons in so many places like chests and you pistol is pretty good itself so I don't really recommend buying unless its really good or if its you main or something like that.

Now for one thing that I cannot stress enough, BEWARE THE PITS!!! I have lost at least a third of my runs by falling into pits and if not they still get rid of a lot of my health before my death. Don't attempt to stand on the edge of them you will fall in.

Next up is boss preparations, from how far I have gotten so far bosses seem to spawn in days 3 and 6 (and more will definitely spawn later on, I just haven't gotten that far), I recommend focusing on A killing most of the enemies to buys player upgrades and health, or B capturing most of the enemies and upgrading the slime pet before fighting the bosses.

My final recommendation for now is that you make sure to clear every room in each day and to explore to try and find anything like random structures or npc's that just make the experience better, you can even get stuff from them sometimes.
