Money Making Tips
*Spice Rocks: These items require a smelter, take 4 rocks and are worth 104g a piece. Considering pure rocks cost 1g, this is a massive amount of profit. Build a couple of smelters and dump all rocks you don't need for other projects in. You'll passively get money every days.

*Mayonnaise: A single egg is worth something like 20g, a single mayonnaise is worth 200g. This makes mayonnaise much better for profit.

*Fruits & Vegetables: Most cooking will give you 22-25% profit increase, it doesn't appear to matter what you make as long as you cook it. HOWEVER, if you process items like wheat into flour, it devalues the wheat heavily. It takes 4 wheat to make 1 flour, 4 wheat is worth 88g where 1 flour is worth 25. Cooking appears to be based off the flour price, so only using it for cooking for energy not for profits. Grilled veggies, and fruit medley are some of the best to make for profit. You get that 22-25% profit and they only require two ingredients.

*Meat & Fish: Char-grilled kebobs are worth 11g, a single meat is worth 8g. Fish varies in price by common fish made into grilled fish is worth around +22%g. Not the biggest profit margin but still better than selling it raw. Rarer fish I haven't tested for fear of losing money.

*Thatch: Probably one of the least profitable items, but it is free and respawns on the daily. If you are desperately in need of money to buy crops spend a day collecting thatch to gain money.

*Rocks: Rocks and ore rocks respawn approximately every other day. This includes on your farm and in the ruins. So every other day you can gather ore, dye material, and rocks for your spice rock farm.

*Garbage Cans: Check the garbage cans every single day. They are currently the only source for eggs, which can be massively profitable.

*Koinobori Festival: Kind of a once a year thing, but the black and rainbow koinobari are worth 1600g each, so if you do the max of five runs of Torleone's mini game you get a decent profit.

*Fishing: I do not advise fishing for money making at this time. I spent almost all of autumn and winter fishing. I am onto summer year 2. Crops make you far more money, as do spice rocks, fishing all day long would net me around 500g on good days. Fishing takes a lot of time and energy and you usually end up with common fish. Especially in winter. I am so tired of catching carp, if I see another carp I may scream.
Gifting
*Two Weekly: You can give two gifts a week, and I don't know if this is a bug or not but if you give two gifts BEFORE a person's birthday on the day of their birthday you will not be able to gift.

*Birthdays: I suggest saving your white rocks from the ruins to give as birthday gifts. Everyone loves them (except maybe Hephaestus, who loves gold in either raw or ingot form).

*Beer: Majority of people hate beer. The suggestion about treating people to a round at the tavern doesn't mean actually giving them beer or sake, it means just talk to them while they are hanging out at the tavern and pay attention to what they say.

*Raw Materials: Sasaki likes rocks and wood (he's a carpenter), Hephaestus likes ore and ingots, loves gold. I just think it is neat that for once the crafts people actually like the items they'd work with on a daily basis as gifts!
House & Farming
Starting Out: I would highly recommend if you are just starting out buy 1 each of every crop per season, and then make sure you plant a full field of the items that you can harvest multiple times. Like strawberries, raspberries, grapes, etc.

*Field Expansion: There are six total fields, each holding 18 seedable plots. The first field is free, the second is 2,000g. Each field after that increasing by 2,000g. The last expansion is 10,000 So it takes a total of 30,000 to fully expand your farm.

*House Expansion: A fully upgraded house has three extra rooms on the main level, a second level with three rooms as well. The first house expansion is 8,000g, each increasing by 4,000 per. The last is 20,000. So it costs a total of 56,000g to fully expand your house.

*Trees: The trees inside of your fenced area do not grow back. So if you want some to be there for aesthetic reasons, make sure you don't cut them down. The rocks respawn every other day but trees do not.

*Slime Form: I highly suggest investing in your slime form and ditching the watering can. Obviously play the way you enjoy most! But I found the slime form way less energy intensive and time intensive when watering crops.

*Boar Form: You don't have to use it that often to cultivate land, i'm pretty sure that you don't even have to cultivate between years. So it is up to you if you want to level it up.
Forms & Combat
* Talismans: Right now you get a max of 40 talismans, you need an escalating amount of talismans to level your forms, as well as gold.

* Human Form: You get increased HP and energy for each level you go up.

* Slime Form: You hold more water, your water shot is stronger, and you collect water faster the higher up you go.

*Boar Form: Your attack is stronger, your area of affect is wider, the higher up you level. (I could be wrong I didn't level my boar form much.)

*Tengu Form: You get more endurance, get extra defense, and get more acceleration for flying the more you level.

*Wanyudo/Hunter/Straw Doll: This enemy can be fought 2x a day. Once in the ruins and then he will also spawn between 0:00 and 2:00 in the wilds if you are out running around. He will spawn in front of you, which can bug out fishing so I suggest being careful when fishing at night away from safe areas like the town or your farm.

*Miss Ama's Outfits: These do not have any stat increases, they are simply for cosmetics. Purchase what you think looks interesting but don't buy thinking they'll help with combat.

*Nine Live's Black Market: Nine Lives can be found after dark in the bamboo forest, he will sell rings and amulets that have stat boosts. Also, hey, doesn't he look familiar?
Storage
*Yokai Storage: Feed your yokai storage a bunch of stone and clay (feeding it higher quality ore doesn't increase xp gain), until it hits level 5, and you'll have a really, really, really large storage container to use.

*Furniture: A lot of the wardrobes, cabinets, and other 'storage' like items actually do have storage in them! However, please note the tea display cabinet does not actually display tea when a set it put in it. I was disappointed by this thinking it would be like Koinobari pole you get during the spring festival, it is not.
