Theming for Progression Modpack

This is a mod exclusively for use for The Progression Modpack. It rethemes certain elements, sets a few default settings for the optimal experience, and other things as time goes on.

- Default planet size is now 50%
- Default population is now one tick higher
- New title screen logo
- Warnings when DLCs are not enabled

- Why is this mod not just in the millions of other Progresison or configs mods you've made? | I've designed my mods to be able to be used outside my modpack, and I'm very happy to report that many people do. I wouldn't want to push all of this on them, so this is where i'm going to put exclusively my guilt-free modpack vision stuff.
