A debonair outfit worn by the fairest of ladies.

Second to last of these outfit sets for Noctis and Luna. Version for Noctis can be found here. The skirt is a lost cause like any other long skirt rigged to Luna's Oracle dress but I tried to partially rig it to her legs so it at least follows her movements. Her ponytail has some nicer physics than the skirt. In case there are any issues, please leave a comment. Most parts of the outfit originally extracted by WhiteMageSunny; some by shuubaru.
