The drink making mini-game consists solely of clicking ingredients.
If they are part of a recipe you have to click them in the order that they are listed. The different ingredients are generally pretty easy to distinguish such as cherry liqueur having a cherry on it.
If you do not get Wanda's choice you are locked into Ending 1.

You only need to entertain the three guests for Ending 4 and the Achievement: Bottle of Water specifically.
If you send the guests away pick either option so long as it is always the same option in sequence among the choices such as always picking the first option of each choice or you will be locked into Ending 1.

Sherry:
