These weapons can go through bumpers

As usual practice makes perfect you still need to hit them.
For Spaz/Spazzer/Spaztastic you need to hit exactly due to his Hit Pattern:
*Red tank = Sniper Hitbox

Okay now you need to aim them like every other weapon.
Do not shoot 100 power on a bumper you mostlikly hit yourselfAgain practice makes perfect personal tip do not use this weapon in an negative angle (100-1/100-90) it spawn like inside of you so self all the time :)

Rarely it happens that you can do almost full damage with Synclets/Super Synclets but it need a special setup on map/bumpers as shown in the image:
Weapons in this Section:always shoot near the ground uphill:
This does sometimes work with Circles(depends how high/low you hit the bumper):
