Lore: On a tragic bombed out toxic steaming cinder of a rocky jungle island fortress and an extremely valuable petrol chemical and rare earth deposit the game begins. Somewhere on the next island over from where that nasty Jurassic horror debacle took place in a region of the world where it seems that all the world domination megalomaniacs have their secret islands and secret armies and their secret laboratories cranking out some secret deadly virus or other unspeakable threats to humanity's existence lies a new horror. It seems that here on the former island of Dr. Zin rogue Hoirzine scientists have teamed with other diabolical underworld forces to loot the world 's economies. Here their hellish infected spawn guard their bounty of stolen gold. You and your mercs must help Elon find and defend the gold until relieved. The island has been carpet bombed many times; and might well be again. The island is also a toxic dumping site and an impact area. Avoid toxic billowing gas pockets. Do not fall off. The most obvious tactical plan may not be the best choice. Failure is not an option. It's March 2025 and truth is stranger than fiction.

Map supports Endless and Survival modes with high player and zed numbers. Expect tight quarters combat. Players receive full XP and scoring. Fire is hot. Water is deadly. Randomly shooting toxic waste barrels is a really bad idea. In the KF2 Zed Universe mixing and challenging cultural icons, eras in time and media is perfectly allowed. Here we meld the extraterrestrial the mystical the classical the musical the spiritual and the fanciful. To use a metaphor we are mixing our metaphors, please enjoy.

use this to call a map from the console. Find any map version from the map steam page and use the version. This map atm is KF-Skull_IslandXL.kfm
