Fairgrounds Stat Boost

There was an intended feature in the original Majesty that allowed heroes to purchase stat boosts from the fairgrounds. Unfortunately, a small bug in the code prevented this from being possible. This mod fixes that bug and unlocks this cool feature.

Heroes can purchase stats from the Fairgrounds itself (separate from the tournament competition).

Melee heroes can purchase an increase by +1 to their Hand to Hand, Dodge, and Parry Stats.
Ranged hereos can purchase an increase by +1 to their Ranged, Dodge, and Parry Stats.
Magic user heroes can purchase an increase by +1 to their Dodge and Parry stats.

You should see a specific intent from the hero when doing so, something like "Purchasing stat boost from fairgrounds".

These are all from the way the original code was created, I have not modified it in any way except to fix the bug that prevented it from being possible.

One thing to note - heroes purchasing stats from the fairgrounds is one of the last tasks they will consider when purchasing equipment. They will purchase blacksmith upgrades, wizard item enchantment upgrades, poisoning weapons, healing potions, ring of protection, and amulet of teleporation before they will consider purchasing a stat boost from the fairgrounds. It also requires no research to use, once you have a fairgrounds built heroes can potentially purchase stat boosts from it.

This mod only modifies one file, so it should be compatible with most other mods, except any that might change how the fairgrounds works.
