Look to the left of the stairs and you’ll see 2 pull chains. Interact with both, and one of them should open the metal doors. I can’t remember the specific room since they all looked the same from the outside, but I found the eyes in a winged chest in the room with a table and several shelves. The chest was on the shelf to the right. Just parkour ur way over and you got it. I’ve got no idea if they randomize certain chests or locations, but. Yeah. Hope this helps!
