Entering the hidden Area
The Job
After finishing the co-op job in the suburbs, the beach, and the woods, you should unlock the job “Inviting place for artists” in the downtown area. (You can do all co-op level in single player mode btw, they are just gonna take a little more time to finish)

The Pink Key
Once you started the job, head up the stairs and then towards the right side, until you find a room with an old bed inside.

Selling the closet in the corner reveals a hidden door, with a pink lock, and a message that the matching key must be somewhere nearby. Just sell the rest of the stuff inside this room until you find the pink key on the floor.

The Yellow Key
Behind the door are some stairs leading you up towards a small hallway with three locked doors.

From here on out all keys have little riddles that hint at their hiding place. However some are much more helpful than others, and a few are just completely confusing.
Of the three doors here, only the one on the left has a note on it:

This is one of riddles that make no sense imo, but either way I found the key in the mouth of the fish hanging on the wall.

The First Room
The Green Key
The first room is a little art atelier with a lot of self portraits laying and hanging around. On the left side there is another locked door, with a key box hanging beside it. However the key box is also locked, and the note underneath the box hints at the location of the it’s key.

The key is located outside the window in the flower bed.

The Orange Key
Unlocking the key box does not yield the key needed for the door, instead we’re getting another note.

Moving the rug revals this key.

The Pink Key
However this still isn’t the correct key for the door. The note beside it hints at what can be opened with this one instead

On the shelf is a little box with a tiger stripes pattern on it. Inside you’ll find the pink key for the door.
The Second Room
The Pink Key
The next room seems to be a sort of living room, with a cozy fireplace. The door here again has a locked key box with a hint underneath.
Picking up the barrel next to the fireplace flips it over and reveals the key on the underside.

The Green Key
Inside the key box we again find a note.
The key is inside the fireplace. Use C to crouch down to grab it easier.

The Blue Key
The key unlocks another key box, located on the wooden beam next to the table.
Inside is a lightswitch, which turns on the lamp on the opposite wall.
Go towards this lamp and you’ll see a sticky note being almost completely hidden underneath the lamp, with a drawing of a cat on it.

This leads us to the painting of the cat, which hides the door key.

The Thrid Room
The Teal Key
In this storage room, we once again have a door, a key box, and a note leading to the first key.

On top one of the shelves is a box with a bunny pattern on it, on which the key lays.

The Yellow Key
This key can be used to open the teal chest, which reveals the next riddle.

Behind the mermaid painting is a window, outside on which sits a frog which holds the key.

The Pink Key
Opening the yellow chest gives us another note.

Above the teal chest hangs a Little Red Riding Hood painting, next to which is a shelf with a picnic basket on top. The key is hidden inside the basket.

The Orange Key
Luckily, the pink chest doesn’t hold any more riddle, instead we finally get the key for the key box.

The Purple Key
The key box actually contains the key for the door this time!
The Fourth Room
The Green Key
As soon as we enter this study room, we’ll see a key on the desk. This one can be used to open the door, which leads back to the initial hallway. So if you want to give up and just leave, this is your chance. We are almost at the end though, so keep going!

The Golden Key
Next to the door leading back out, there is another door with a black lock our first note for this room

The key along with the next riddle are hanging behind the curtains. Just go up to them and press E to interact with them which will move them to the side.

The Brown Key
This note leads us to the clock. Open it with E again, for the next key and note.

The Black Key
This time we get no little poem leading us to the next hiding spot, but we get a little drawing of music notes instead.

This key opens the piano, which holds the back key needed for the door!

The Red Key
The bear in the picture over the green locked door holds another key, which opens the little red box on the desk. However, this box only contains a frog magnet, which holds no further meaning (at least not that i could find). I think it’s just there to confuse people and throw them off a little.
The Final Room
We finally did it! The door with the black lock leads to the last room, in which we’ll find a fancy looking MOOOVE box, which contains the artist figurine. Unpack the box as normal, place the figure somewhere, and then aim at it again and press C when prompted to collect it again. From there on out the figure is available in the shop, simpy search for “reward” to find it.
On the chair you'll also find the white key needed to exit this room to the hallway again.

I hope this guide was helpful for anyone getting stuck during these riddles!

@moiraesfate not all keys work in every lock, it needs to be the correct key. The are usually the same color as the lock of the door is.
All keys you picked up and haven't used yet should be visible on the bottom of your screen. If you have the correct key for a door, it can be opened like any normal door by pressing E.

Ok, how do you get the keys to actually work? I came across one that I renovated with a blue key and it wouldn't go in the lock no matter what I did so I just said the heck with it and ended the house incomplete.
