All-Mother Shrines and True Amulet of the 1st Area

All Shrine Locations
First up, we need to collect all 3 amulets that drop from the shrines.


  • First shrine
    The first shrine is probably the one most players find first, it's at the beach in the bottom of the map, close to the "Peninsula" fast travel point.
    Required ingredients:
    • Sage
    • Feather
    • Rose

  • Second Shrine
    The second shrine is in the middle of the map, right from the abandoned stronghold and left of the abandoned village.
    Required ingredients:
    • Mandrake
    • Raspberry
    • Rosemary

  • Third Shrine
    The last shrine is at the top of the map, left of the ancient cromlech.
    Required ingredients:
    • Burdock Root
    • Bonemeal
    • Monster's Blood

Getting the true amulet
After getting the 3 amulets (it's important to not have used them before! They will be consumed on death! I don't know if you can get them back!) head down to the All-Mothers temple, it's on the right side of the map.

This temple is relevant to the story, you can sneak in here before doing certain quests, but you'll probably gain access eventually.

Inside the 2nd room on the right holds another All-Mother's shrine. Walk to it and interact with the 3 amulets (that you hopefully have on your person now).

This will combine them into the


While this item is also a one-time use, see that it actually grants 35 max hp upon use. (Which seems to be permanent.)

So equip(!) the amulet and search for a nearby ledge and throw yourself off.

What doesn't kill you, does in fact make you stronger now. 👍

There are actually two more of them.

One is given you by getting "Perceval's confession" in Act 2 and then bring it to the big statue next to Cuanacht (and +1 tp for all the other confessions from the Corrupted temple)

A third one also seems to be in Act 2 but I don't know how I got it.

So at least 3 "True All-Mother'S Mercy Amulets" which will turn to 105 free TP.

The wiki says the amulet increases your max health by 20% but your screenshot says it increases it by a fixed amount. Is the fixed amount 20% of your previous max health? So using the amulet with a higher max health has a bigger effect?

khon, there is actually a corpse i think near third shrine, that hold a note hinting at praying at all shrines and then heading to the temple. No direct saying to hold on to amulets but its there.

Very nice guide. I found the shrines and how to use them by myself. But I couldn't find out how to use the one in the temple. So, I looked it up and used the amulet. Now, I feel a bit undeserving of such a powerful upgrade because I didn't solve this by myself...

Now, my question would be if I just overlooked the hint - like a hidden tablet or something. Or is there no such hint and one has to be lucky to have the three amulets in the inventory? Or did you just guess it right. I wouldn't have guessed one could combine the three... Like I said, I really like to know if there's a hint or pointer in the game.

SIG-INT, I added the ingredients for each of the shrines after looking at the first comment and googling around a bit.

Hopefully they are correct lol. It's crazy how little there is to find about this game, thought it'd be spammed full with wikis and stuff.

inotna, I'll see if I will expand this guide further when I find the other ones. I haven't gotten to playing more, as I'm waiting for some bug fixes (especially the atrocious summon AI, as a summoner).

This'll probably just be a guide for the 1st area for a while.

While you are at it, why not add True Amulet locations in the second area too? There's a True Amulet in the Corrupted Temple castle dungeon, if I remember correctly, on the top floor in a reinforced chest in a small dome chapel with an All mother's statue. For the next True Amulet, in that same area there's the Perceval boss fight, beat her to get Confession Of Perceval letter. Go to the giant all Mother's statue east of the town, at the base of the statue there is a stone chalice on the altar table, offer the Confession Of Perceval letter to the stone chalice to receive another True Amulet.
