Here I started recording after completing the objectives to summon the boss.

On this level, you need to wait for the doors to open. I recorded a full run from the beginning to the last spider. Here are the spider timings:

First spider – 0:40
Second spider – 5:30
Third spider – 11:47

If you’re talking about the level "Cathedral of the Fallen," I had some trouble too. It’s either bugged or requires specific conditions. For me, the last star appeared during the run where I got the achievement for 10 hours of playing.
