There is a simple achievement guide in game, that can be unlocked by getting any achievement, but I will do my best to organize them here.

Each of these topics is named after what is needed to unlock them (e.g. Weapon specific achievements refer to any achievement unlocked by using weapons).

Because I wanted to sort these in a way that gives you the quickest and most natural journey to 100%.

These achievements are very easy to complete and can be unlocked directly after starting the game.

This Achievement requires you to unlock any other achievement first. I suggest starting with the Bloom achievement.
Unlocks: Achievements
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you an overview over all achievements.
Can be accessed via the begin button during a run.

This can also be unlocked outside of a run.
Unlocks: Bloom (cursor).

Swordy is in the bottom right.
Unlocks: Clank (cursor).

These achievements can be completed in almost any dungeon.
They are sorted based on if they can be completed in a single run, or if they can be done across multiple runs.

Unlocks: My Computer (item).
Unlocks: Hourglass (item).
If you are struggeling here, I would suggest holding off on this until late game, as it get's very easy later.
Unlocks: Failsafe (item).
Stopwatches randomly spawn on enemy death.
Unlocks: Scheduler (item).
Cookies randomly spawn on enemy death.
Unlocks: Chip (item).
Magnets randomly spawn on enemy death.
Unlocks: Search (item).
Screen Killers randomly spawn on enemy death.
Unlocks: Flower Box (weapon).
Unlocks: CD Launcher (weapon).
Unlocks: Regedit (item).
Unlocks: Doom (cursor).
Unlocks: Byte (cursor).

Unlocks: Calculator (item).
Bats spawn frequently in Hollow & Prison.
Unlocks: Blaze (cursor).
Unlocks: Lasso (weapon).
Chests spawn after you defeat all the enemies on a depth.
Unlocks: Chess (weapon).
Unlocks: Chester (cursor).
You will passively unlock this after a while. But if you want to get this faster, use Dr. Watson.
Unlocks: Crumble (weapon).
You will passively unlock this after a while.
Unlocks: Progress Bar (weapon).
You will passively unlock this after a while.
Unlocks: Dice (weapon).

Chance is an NPC who has a chance to appear in any dungeon after the Grove (the first dungeon). He usually sits in a room with two cards. One card is revealed — that’s his. The other is face-down — that’s yours. If you decide to reveal your card by clicking on it and it's higher than Chances, you win a small bonus.
You have to get the higher card to win.
Unlocks: Blackjack
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it let's you play Blackjack at any time.
Can be accessed during a run.
Have less than 50% odds against Chance and win. I.e., if Chance has a 7 or above and you beat him, you should get the achievement.
Unlocks: Modem (item).

Piper is a purple cat that can be found in any dungeon, at any depth.
The shops symbol on the map is a bag of money.
Pet Piper 5 times by clicking on her.
Unlocks: Cat.jpeg (weapon).
Note: She always heals 15 HP the first time you pet her on each depth.
Unlocks: Shop
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to a permanent upgrade shop.
Can't be accessed during a run.
Injections are weapon upgrades that have a chance of spawning in Piper's shop. These give a random stat boost to a weapon of your choosing.
Unlocks: Dot (weapon).
I recommend donating money to Piper through the shop on the main desktop. That gives Piper's dungeon shop more tables, for more items to buy.
Unlocks: Penny (cursor).

These achievements are unlocked by doing something in a specific dungeon.

Rooms in 'survive x rooms' achievements refer to areas in dungeons with basic enemies. The bottom of the map also shows you in how many rooms/fights you’ve survived.

Every dungeon has 4 depths. The first 3 consist of ~6 rooms (basic fights) and 0-1 boss fight each, while the 4th depth is endless and has no EXP gains.
Keep in mind that getting a boss room on any depth is not guaranteed.

Unlocks: Hollow
The second dungeon.
Destroy 25 Trees by clicking on them repeatedly. Trees randomly spawn in any Grove room.
Unlocks: Twig (cursor).
Defeat Tatter.
A boss that spawns in any boss room in Hollow.
Unlocks: Burial Bay
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to a burial ground, where you can bury weapons/items each run to give them a 50% higher chance of appearing in level ups.
Can‘t be accessed during a run.

Unlocks: Dunes
The third dungeon.
Unlocks: Sprinkle (cursor).
Defeat Milo.
A boss that spawns in any boss room in Hollow.
Unlocks: Milo’s Mining
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to a mining minigame, where you can dig up gems that give you minor permanent stat boosts.
Can‘t be accessed during a run.

Unlocks: Prison
The fourth dungeon.
Unlocks: Gill (weapon).
Destroy 20 cacti by clicking on them repeatedly. Cacti randomly spawn in any Hollow room.
Unlocks: Twist (cursor).
Defeat Dusty.
A boss that spawns in any boss room in Dunes.
Unlocks: PlantPal 2000
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to a garden, where you can water your upgrades like plants to permanently increase their max lvl by 1.
Can‘t be accessed during a run.

Unlocks: Undercroft
The fifth dungeon.
Defeat Mister Channel.
A boss that spawns in any boss room in Prison.
Unlocks: Survival Showdown
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to challenge runs, where you get coins for staying alive a random amount of time, with a predetermined cursor.
Can‘t be accessed during a run.

Unlocks: Bastion
The sixth and final dungeon.
Defeat Tap n' Toot.
A boss that spawns in any boss room in Undercroft.
Unlocks: Remix Room
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to a music area, where you can buy new songs and remix them.
Can‘t be accessed during a run.

Unlocks: Endless.
Gives you access to an endless mode.
Defeat Swordy.
Swordy is the final boss of the game.
They spawn in any boss room in Bastion.
Unlocks: Patch Kit
Appears as an icon on the main desktop, opening it gives you access to extra non-achievement unlockables. These require you to reach level 50 with any cursor and change different things about the game (e.g. stat boosts).
Can‘t be accessed during a run.

All of these achievements can be completed on the main desktop, after beating the bosses in each dungeon.

Bury a weapon in the Burial Bay.
Unlocks: Zap (weapon).

Mine until you forge a gem in Milo's Mining.
Unlocks: Poppy (cursor).

Harvest a plant through PlantPal 2000.
Unlocks: Farming Sim (weapon).

Win 3 games of Blackjack against Chance. You can just keep betting 10 until you get it.
Unlocks: Ace (cursor).

Complete a Survival Showdown challange. 5 Minutes is the lowest amount of time required for a challenge.
Unlocks: Hue (cursor).

Buy a remix from the Remix Room.
Unlocks: Beat (cursor).

These are achievements that are unlocked by playing with specific cursors.
Make sure to switch between cursors frequently to get all of these done quickly, as these weapons/items are needed for corruptions.

Unlocks: Dr. Watson (item).

Unlocks: Game Over (item).

Unlocks: Floppy Disk (item).

Unlocks: Notepad (item).

Unlocks: System Recovery (item).

Unlocks: Defrag (weapon).

Unlocks: Firewall (weapon).

Unlocks: FPS (weapon).

Unlocks: Goldfish (weapon).

Unlocks: Paint Brush (weapon).

Unlocks: Pinball (weapon).

Unlocks: Pipes (weapon).

Unlocks: Power Surge (weapon).

Unlocks: Solitaire (weapon).

Unlocks: Stick (weapon).

Unlocks: .WAV (weapon).

Injections are boss drops, but they can also appear in Piper's shop. You have to play with Poppy to get this achievement.
Unlocks: Bubble Blower (weapon).

For this you have to not only unlock, but also buy all the cursors.
Unlocks: Random (cursor).
It randomizes starting weapon, stats and bonus.

These achievements are unlocked by using specific weapons.

Unlocked: Proccessor (item).

Unlocked: RAM (item).

Unlocked: Copier (item).

Unlocked: Bob (cursor).

Unlocked: Knot (cursor).

Unlocked: Drip (cursor).

Unlocked: Quill (cursor).

Unlocked: Zero (cursor).

Corrupted weapons can be optained by combining weapons with items or other weapons after reaching a certain level on both components.

The library is your main source for Corrupted Weapon recipes. It lists what parts are needed to obtain a Cursed Weapon, provided you unlocked the needed parts.

Appears as an icon on the main desktop.
Can be accessed via the begin button during a run.

Unlocked: Golden Cursors
Golden Cursors are now available to buy in Piper's main shop. They act as stat support for the cursor you buy it for.
