I just squeezed out some time to complete this,
Now I need to complete my academic ddls :(
Plz don't complain about the size, cuz this is how it looks in the real world XD

@eckzocker, it replaces the scope reticle that comes with the default SpecterDR for ELCAN C79 replacer. If you've got that mod installed, I suggest you get this one as well!

Like 4Gain I think the center of the reticle looks kinda lowres
